The Enforcer came to a halt at the junction, the glow of the energy barriers casting red light across his armor. Cells lined the left and right corridors, prisoners pressing to the edges of their containment fields to watch the intruders. The Sharpshooter swept his blaster across each branching path, wary of the mocking shouts and taunts that bounced off the metal walls.

The air was stale and hot, heavy with the scent of sweat and ozone. The alarms pounded through the deck plates, each wail a reminder that time was running thin. Ahead, three paths waited—two flanked by hostile eyes, one disappearing into shadow—and any choice could seal the crew’s fate...
