Cocooned into the walls, their eyes flutter beneath sealed lids. Some still twitch. Some are already gone. One man whispers through cracked lips, “It’s inside me…” before going still again.

The den is circular, organic, pulsing — eggs arranged in a ring around the host bodies like an altar. The air is wet with heat and silent screams.

This isn’t a prison. It’s a birthing chamber. And you're standing in the middle of it.
